Minimum S1 in Equivalent Experience major
GPA minimum 2.75
Minimum 6 years experience in Commercial Management Role
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for evaluating the potential opportunity of the new contract and the current contract and the associated risks and provide recommendation to the Key Salesperson and Operation function for making improvement. - Responsible for providing support and recommendation during the tender process including analyzing the commercial aspects and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures. - Responsible for communicating and socialization the signed contracts to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, and also implementation. - Responsible for implementing contract price adjustments as per each contract Terms and conditions. All changes are to be formally documented via formal communication to each customer. - Responsible for implementing a continuous improvement culture to all contracts to ensure lessons learned are captured and applied where relevant to future contracts. - Responsible for providing guidance and recommendation in monitoring contract transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.) in alignment with the reporting needs of key contract stakeholders. - Responsible for monitoring dan assisting key Sales and Operations functions with fulfilling of the company's contractual commitments. - Responsible for taking the lead for key Sales and Operations functions as directed by Commercial Manager to efficiently and effectively terminate a current agreement once the decision has been made to terminate. - Responsible for providing direction and support to implement comprehensive range of Commercial Terms Sheets and contract playbook ( major customer and complex contracts) to Sales and Operations key people for use when negotiating new or renewing agreement s -Responsible for interacting and working with the necessary key Sales and Operations people to provide direction as directed by Commercial Manager of current contracts to ensure effective support throughout the duration of current agreements. - Responsible for interacting and working with various functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Finance, RUE, and Operations) for providing effective support and negotiate as directed by Commercial Manager with Customer in new contract t
