Responsibilities: 

-Gather data from database (e.g., sales funnel), market, business info to identify key opportunity area. -Responsible for creating monthly sales forecast for solutions and retails transaction of Power System major accounts. - Responsible for identifying potential customers generate Lead - validate and conduct opportunity assessment, prepare potential oppo rtunity relationship strategy, gather missing customer data or lead information, define strategic and tactical action plan. - Responsible for identifying potential customers distribute lead – responsible and accountable to prepare proposed qualified leads a ssignment list, prepare proposed assigned list, keep and register the assigned list to the system. - Responsible for identifying potential customers manage Lead – conduct assessment against qualification criteria, prepare lead qualification report, document unqualified lead and the action plan, input qualified leads to the system. - Responsible for managing pipeline (e.g., qualified leads data collection and data entry, update opportunity status, review pipeline and key customer plans, opportunity prioritization, prepare win loss analysis, archive quotation etc.) for solution custome - Responsible for defining account plan then execute and monitor define account plan – gather and update customer profile info, review pipeline and historical account plan, create/update power map and relationship objective, estimate potential growth and -Responsible for defining account plan then execute and monitor execute account plan – build relationship with customers and leverage partners/channels to develop new opportunities, review account results with customer, assess and proactively respond to - Responsible for defining account plan then execute and monitor monitor and revise account plan –gather customer satisfaction data, review performance scorecard, publish results, conduct joint discussion with relevant stakeholders to generate action plan - Responsible for preparing stakeholders visit plan (starting from creating annual/quarterly call plan to monitor customer and stakeholder visit execution), communication plan (preparing and conducting customer call based on the opportunity identified). - Responsible for executing sales plan from design until order prepare Design – (Only for retail transaction in Power System major accounts) Identify and gather customer requirements, prepare and review the design with customers and update stage status. - Responsible for executing sales plan from design until order develop Quote – Determine selling price for products/services required under Industry Major Account supervisory, taking special price into consideration (collaborate with Marketing for retails -Responsible for executing sales plan from design until order develop Contract – Review order confirmation/letter of intent, negotiate TandC with customer, prepare contract sign. - Responsible for executing sales plan from design until order – receive purchase order, monitor payment status, check loan approval from leasing firm, communicate payment status with customer. - Responsible for supporting the communication between customers and engineering team including but not limited to customer operational requirements/utility conditions, negotiation on technical and design proposal, customer acceptance on the overall concept -Responsible for managing solution development from understanding until the project is sold understanding Project Needs - Obtain customer info/docs, review tender documents, conduct project clarification meeting, discuss initial strategy with relevant stak -Responsible for managing solution development from understanding until the project is sold prepare Pre-proposal - Gather and generate pre-proposal from all engineering documents, project commercial, project structure, project schedule, and quality managem -Responsible for managing solution development from understanding until the project is sold negotiation - Submit and communicate proposal, clarify and negotiate. proposal with customers, communicate revisions to stakeholders, evaluate and identify potentia - Responsible for managing solution development from understanding until the project is sold obtain Project Approval – present proposed document to external parties and obtain their approval before sales (for all matters) and after sales (only for finance -Responsible for managing solution development from understanding until the project is sold receive PO, send invoice to the customer, confirm delivery and manage A/R collection management.
