Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Information Technology/ Technical Industry major

GPA minimum 2,75

Minimum 2 years experience in Related Field

Responsibilities: 

- Accountable and responsible for scheduling the training program including but non limited to venue, date, etc., reserve and confirming resources required (such as instructors, facilitators, external training providers, training support equipment, etc.) an - Responsible for managing administration of technical and non technical development program in term of assessment including but not limited to validation, certification, skill assessment and ensuring the skill or competency well recorded in the system - Accountable and responsible for managing the entire participant administration process including TEP, registration, invitation or c ancellation, confirmation, requesting PR, enrollment etc. in the designated learning platform to ensure the completeness an d -Accountable and responsible for executing the training programs based on schedule and training requirement including but not limited to (venue, training kit, meals, accommodation, etc.) and coordination with respective parties - Accountable and responsible for monitoring, compiling and recording all training document requirement including but not limited to training report, training history, participants database as well as performing report regularly to meet the requirements - Responsible for managing corporate development program implementation process including but not limited to training, OJT arrangement, evaluation participant achievement, progress monitoring, participant supervision, etc. for Technician Trainee, Sales Tra
